GLP-1 Dose Reminders

If you turn on injection reminders in the mobile app, HereForIt uses the date of a logged injection and your configured cycle length to schedule the next reminder at your chosen time.

This article is for general information and isn't medical advice. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before changing your medication, dose, or diet.

How to use it

  1. Set your reminder preference

In mobile notification settings, enable Injection reminder and choose a reminder time. Notification permission is required.

  2. Log an injection

Save an entry for your primary medication. When reminders are enabled, the app schedules a one-time reminder using that entry’s date and your configured cycle length.

  3. Review the next date

The cycle view derives the next injection date from your logged history and settings. Log the next actual injection to continue the record.

What the app records or provides

  • The injection reminder toggle and time setting are in mobile notification settings.
  • A saved primary-medication injection can schedule one local reminder for the next cycle.
  • The notification asks you to log your dose; it does not administer medication.

What to know

  • The web app does not offer the injection notification toggle. Mobile notification permission and device settings affect delivery.
  • This is not an automatic future titration plan or a series of dose-change reminders. It uses the logged injection and configured cycle length.
  • The app does not decide when to change dose or what to do after a missed dose. Follow your medication’s label and your prescriber’s instructions.

Frequently asked questions

Are injection reminders available in the browser?

No. The injection reminder setting is disabled in the web app; it is available in the iOS and Android app when notifications are permitted.

Will it automatically schedule every future dose increase?

No. The app schedules a one-time reminder after a logged injection based on the configured cycle length. It does not create a titration schedule.

Does a reminder tell me how much medication to take?

No. It prompts you to log your dose. Use your prescription and ask your prescriber or pharmacist about dosing questions.
