HereForIt is developed and operated by Sivants LLC, a company registered in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the HereForIt mobile application ("the App").

02 The Core Principle: Your Data Lives on Your Device
HereForIt is designed around local-first storage. The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:
- Injection and medication records
- Body stats (weight, measurements, body composition)
- Lab results and health markers
- Food logs and meal history
- Symptom tracking entries
- Goals you have set
- Ember chat conversation history
- Injection site rotation history
- App settings and preferences
If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it. We cannot recover it for you.
03 When Data Leaves Your Device
Certain features require sending data to external services to work. Here is exactly what gets sent and why:
Food Photo Analysis
When you photograph a meal, the image is sent to an AI service to estimate nutritional content. The image is processed to generate a response and is not stored by us.
Ember AI Conversations
When you send a message to Ember, the message content — along with relevant context you have provided (such as your current medication cycle phase) — is sent to an AI service to generate a response. Your conversation history is never stored on our servers.
Document Analysis (Pro Feature)
If you upload a lab report or other document for Ember to analyze, that document is sent to an AI service for processing. It is not stored on our servers after the response is generated.
AI Processing
AI features in HereForIt are powered by third-party large language model providers. These providers process your requests under their own privacy policies. We select providers that do not use customer data to train their models. Your data is never used to train any AI system.
Important: HereForIt does not have user accounts. There is no login, no cloud sync, and no server-side profile. If you use AI features, the content of those specific requests passes through our backend to reach the AI provider, but nothing is retained.
04 What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone
- We do not share your health data with advertisers
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- We do not build advertising profiles
- We do not transmit your data to third parties except as described above (AI processing)
- We do not display ads in HereForIt
05 Analytics and Crash Reporting
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to understand how the App is used and to fix bugs. This data does not include any health information, personal identifiers, or the content of your logs or conversations. Examples include: which screens are visited most often, how often certain features are used, and crash reports.
If we use a third-party analytics service, it will be listed here. Currently, HereForIt does not use third-party analytics.
06 Children
HereForIt is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at [email protected].
07 Health Data Disclaimer
HereForIt is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. Ember is an AI companion, not a licensed medical professional. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Because your health data is stored locally on your device, we recommend regularly using the Export / Backup Data feature to preserve your records.
08 Data Deletion
You can delete all of your data at any time from within the App via Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all locally stored data. Because we do not maintain a server-side copy of your health data, deletion is immediate and irreversible.
09 Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of HereForIt after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
