MyFitnessPal and other calorie counters were designed for people whose appetite is steady. On a GLP-1 it is not. Every feature in HereForIt is aware that day 3 after your shot is not day 6.

The team behind HereForIt

HereForIt is built by Chris Rupp through Sivants LLC, an independent software studio in Orlando, Florida. He spent thirty years as a professional musician, and two years at Ensemble Studios working on the Age of Empires series in the early 2000s, before returning to software full time.

Every Sivants product starts the same way: a problem in his own life, a tool built to solve it, then handed to other people dealing with the same thing. HereForIt exists because tracking a GLP-1 with a calorie counter meant logging the food and losing the context that actually explained the week.

It is small and self-funded. When you email support, you reach the person who wrote the code.

How HereForIt works

• Tell it your medication, dose, and injection day; the cycle view builds itself from there.
• Log as you go — meals, symptoms, weight, workouts — by hand on Free, or by photo with Pro.
• Ask Ember anything about your own data on Pro, and generate a provider summary before appointments.
• Support is by email at [email protected], answered by the founder. Cancel any time.
