Delete My Data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

What gets deleted

When you submit a deletion request, we will permanently remove:

Your account and profile information
All logged health, nutrition, and fitness data
Workout history, meal logs, and body measurements
AI chat history and personalization data
Push notification tokens and device identifiers
Any uploaded photos or media

What may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law, including:

Billing and transaction records (required for tax and accounting purposes)
Fraud prevention and security logs

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In-app (fastest)

Open HereForIt → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data is deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2 — Email request

Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation when complete.

Your rights

Under GDPR and CCPA you also have the right to:

Access a copy of your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Restrict or object to processing
Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format)
